I use command codes occasionally, and one of the codes I had was from the source codes for the mod Awesome Teleporters (HIGHLY recommend this mod, normally). Stuck dinos can most of the time be whistled out. Always take the element out of the Dino. Sometimes dinos don't get tpd out of the arena. Sometimes they go to the Netherzone. Never use your breeders. Sometimes the dragon just flies out of the arena and you're stuck there until the time ends. When the time ends everything inside dies.

Depending on whether it's normally tameable, you can enter dotame or forcetame in the admin command bar while looking at it. DoTame works on normally tameable creatures and acts like a perfect tame.
